Neil Teitelbaum

PATENT AGENT

Neil is a Patent Agent with more than three decades of broad-reaching international experience. He advises Burk Law clients on patent and industrial design matters through his patent firm, Teitelbaum & Bouevitch.

Having acted as an external advisor as well as in an in-house capacity as Vice President of Global Intellectual Property for JDS Uniphase, Neil has an exceptional understanding of advancements in the fields of electrical and civil engineering, electronics, and optics.

 

Neil provides patentability opinions, drafts and prosecutes patent applications in Canada, and manages the filing and prosecution of patent applications in the United States, Europe and other jurisdictions. This expertise lends itself well to the Burk Law approach - integrated IP strategy designed to support your company's business goals.

Neil graduated from the University of Ottawa with a degree in Electrical (Computer) Engineering.
